  • Any Dispute : Any dispute in between ServeWell CRM & you, Ownership of Source Code and its intellectual property rights will be the property of ServeWell CRM & will not be handedover to Client in any circumstances.
  • Customer Data Return Policy : Company has the responsibility to provide you the details like Customer details, Product & Contract Details, Expiry Reminder Details, Service Reminder details in Excel format within then span of 1 month without any obligations & conditions and No additional payment will be taken from you (Free of Cost) if you want to discontinue our services due to any conditions.
    Also there is a functionality in CRM, Super Admin User can do Excel Export of Customer details at his own end.
  • Non Disclousure Agreement : We as a Company won’t inform or disclose anybody about the usage of your CRM Software or share the Customer details to anyone at no cost.
